PIEDONY IS THE WINNER OF “TOY INVENTOR”
Fabio has been selected to take part at the talent show named “TOY INVENTOR” streamed on Discovery Real Time in 2023.
He has presented “Piedony”, a family game aged 5+ in which children, with the help of giant feet, have to collect the biggest amount of mushrooms.
There are different ways to play the game. In the first episode Fabio has presented the first one: where children wear 2 giant feet each and put the mushrooms on the bucket on the floor, challenging each other.
In the final episode Fabio has presented the second way to play Piedony: a cooperative game in which one kid wears the giant feet and the other one wears the bucket on his/her ankle, helping the partner in collecting mushrooms.
Thanks to the simplicity of the game and the fun that comes from wearing these giant feet, Piedony is the winner of TOY INVENTOR, having got the preference of the children’s jury and the company Giochi Preziosi as well, resulting the best toy/game of the talent show.
Piedony comes from a very targeted work on the play pattern, aiming at empowering the feeling of control of children (thanks to the giant feet) and the freedom that comes from a very physical and intuitive play experience.
