It&#8217;s a story that demonstrate how\u00a0<strong>good communication and trend watching can make the success of a toy.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Vlad Dragusin\u2019s journey begins in 2013 with the launch of the first <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kickstarter.com\/projects\/candylab\/kickstarter-gold-awesome-toy-cars-redux\/description\">Kickstarter<\/a><\/strong> campaign. Vlad still worked as architect in a<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>studio and from his PC followed each step of the first <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Crowdfunding\"><strong>crowdfunding<\/strong><\/a>. The amazement was great when he realized that the goal of the campaign was reached in a very short time, even quintuplicating the established sum.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3937 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.toy-design.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/contemporary-wooden-toys-with-vintage-look.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"329\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.toy-design.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/contemporary-wooden-toys-with-vintage-look.jpg 680w, https:\/\/www.toy-design.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/contemporary-wooden-toys-with-vintage-look-320x155.jpg 320w, https:\/\/www.toy-design.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/contemporary-wooden-toys-with-vintage-look-640x310.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 680px) 100vw, 680px\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Since 2013 the adventure has go on and become <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.candylabtoys.com\/\">Candylab<\/a><\/strong>, a real company of <strong>contemporary wooden toys with vintage look<\/strong> that has always doubled, or even tripled the goals of the next five Kickstarter campaigns. The latest is part of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kickstarter.com\/gold\"><strong>\u2018Kickstarter Gold\u2019<\/strong><\/a> initiative that collects virtuous cases in the platform and includes a limited serie of 3 special models.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The Brooklyn-based company has its strength in respecting the retelling of <strong>iconic car<\/strong> models from the \u201870s and \u201880s, with an obsessive attention to details. These guidelines shaped a <strong>statement<\/strong> that dictated Candylab\u2019s language from the beginning. Candylab accepted the challenge and pointed out that\u00a0<strong>good communication and trend watching can make the success of a wooden toy.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">All these elements suggest that the primary target of these <strong>contemporary wooden toys with vintage look<\/strong> is parents rather than children. The first is on the object in itself: an\u00a0<strong>eco-friendly toy<\/strong>\u00a0of great stylish quality. The second is the <strong>storytelling<\/strong> behind the product: all the selected models base their popularity in America\u2019s collective\u00a0imagination\u00a0of classic movies and the fascinating scenarios that are linked to them. Moreover they have well-studied names and a clear \u2018<strong>personality<\/strong>\u2019.
